1. 제공 방식
- 완성된 결과물은 다운로드 링크 또는 이메일 첨부로 전달합니다.
- 일부 상품은 사이트 내 주문 조회 화면에서 직접 내려받을 수 있습니다.
- 전달 파일 형식은 상품에 따라 MP4(영상) 또는 JPG/PNG(이미지)입니다.
2. 상품별 제공 시기
아래 기간은 영업일 기준이며, 결제와 소재 확인이 모두 완료된 시점부터 산정합니다.

상품 상세 화면에 표시된 기간이 이 표와 다른 경우 상세 화면의 기간이 우선합니다.
3. 제공이 지연될 수 있는 경우
- 제출하신 소재의 해상도·구도가 제작에 부적합하여 재요청이 필요한 경우
- 소재 사용 권한 확인에 시간이 소요되는 경우
- 이용자의 회신이 지연되는 경우
- 외부 AI 서비스 제공사의 장애가 발생한 경우
지연이 예상되는 경우 회사는 사유와 예상 일정을 사전에 안내합니다. 회사 사유로 약정 기한을 초과하고 이용자가 원하는 경우 전액 환불합니다.
4. 다운로드 링크의 유효기간
다운로드 링크는 발급일로부터 30일간 유효합니다. 기간 경과 후 재발급이 필요하면 이메일로 요청해 주십시오. 단, 개인정보 보호를 위해 결과물은 전달 완료 후 일정 기간이 지나면 파기될 수 있습니다.

1. How deliverables are provided
- Completed work is delivered by download link or email attachment.
- Some products can be downloaded directly from the order page on the site.
- File formats are MP4 (video) or JPG/PNG (image), depending on the product.
2. Delivery times by product
The periods below are in business days, counted from the point at which both payment and material review are complete.

3. Causes of delay
- Submitted materials are unsuitable in resolution or framing and must be resubmitted
- Verification of rights in the materials takes additional time
- The user's response is delayed
- An external AI service provider experiences an outage
Where a delay is expected, the Company notifies the reason and the revised schedule in advance. If the agreed deadline is exceeded through the Company's fault and the user so wishes, the order is refunded in full.
4. Validity of download links
Download links remain valid for 30 days from issue. Contact us by email if you need a link reissued. Note that deliverables may be destroyed after a period following delivery in order to protect personal data.
