2026년 9월 5일 개정: 제출 소재·생성 결과물·주문 기록의 보관, 처리 위탁·국외 이전 대상, 구글 로그인의 이용 목적, 브라우저 저장소 사용과 알림 발송 여부를 실제 처리 방식에 맞게 수정했습니다.
라라랜드맘(이하 “회사”)은 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
1. 수집 항목과 수집 시점

3. 보유 및 파기
수집 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 아래 정보는 다음과 같이 보관하며, 자동 삭제 기한은 정해져 있지 않습니다. 이용자가 삭제를 요청하면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

4. 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법령에 근거하거나 수사기관의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

6. 쿠키
회사는 로그인 상태 유지, 결제 복구, 주문 내역 확인, 언어 설정 유지를 위해 브라우저 저장소(localStorage 등)를 사용합니다. 주문 시 입력한 이름·연락처·이메일, 업로드 사진, 동의 내역, 주문 상태와 결과물 링크는 이용자의 브라우저 저장소에 기록되며 회사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 제작 진행과 완성 안내는 주문 링크 페이지에서 확인합니다. 자동 카톡·문자·이메일 알림은 발송되지 않으며, 검수형 상품은 필요한 경우 담당자가 입력하신 연락처로 직접 연락할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정에서 저장소를 거부하거나 삭제할 수 있으며, 이 경우 주문 조회 등 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
회사는 서비스 이용 통계 분석을 위하여 Google Analytics를 사용합니다. 이 과정에서 분석용 쿠키(_ga 등)를 통해 유입 경로, 열람 화면, 기능 사용 여부 등 접속 기록이 수집되며, IP 주소는 익명화되어 처리됩니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정 또는 Google Analytics 차단 부가기능으로 이를 거부할 수 있고, 거부하더라도 서비스 이용에는 제한이 없습니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 요청하시면 지체 없이 조치합니다.

Revised 5 September 2026: retention of submitted materials, generated deliverables and order records, the processors and cross-border recipients, the purpose of Google sign-in, browser storage and the absence of notification messages were corrected to match actual processing.
Lalalandmam (the “Company”) treats personal data with care and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable law.
1. Data collected and when

2. Purpose of processing
- Providing the production service, verifying materials and delivering the result

3. Retention and destruction
Data is destroyed without delay once its purpose is fulfilled. The data below is retained as described, with no fixed automatic deletion deadline. It is deleted without delay upon your request.

4. Disclosure to third parties
The Company does not disclose personal data to third parties, except where required by law or upon lawful request by an investigative authority.

6. Cookies and local storage
The Company uses browser storage (such as localStorage) to maintain sign-in state, recover an interrupted payment, show your order history and remember your language. The name, phone number and email you enter at checkout, the uploaded photograph, your consents, the order status and the link to the deliverable are recorded in your browser storage and are not sent to the Company's servers.Production progress and completion are shown on your order link page. Automatic KakaoTalk, SMS or email notifications are not sent; for reviewed products, staff may contact you directly using the details you entered. You may disable or clear browser storage in your browser settings; some features, such as order lookup, will then be unavailable.
The Company uses Google Analytics to measure how the service is used. Analytics cookies (such as _ga) record access logs including referral path, screens viewed and feature usage; IP addresses are anonymised. You may opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, with no restriction on your use of the service.
7. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data. Requests sent to the contact below are actioned without delay.
